Asian Beef Peppers Cabbage Carrot Persian Cucumber Dish

Ingredients:
2 tbsp sesame oil
1 onion diced
3 cloves garlic minced
2 lbs raw tip steak cut into small pieces
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp honey
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp lemon juice
10 baby carrots chopped
1/3 savvoy cabbage sliced
1 red bell pepper diced
1 yellow bell pepper diced
3 small Persian cucumbers sliced
1 tsp black pepper


Directions:
1. fry the onions, garlic, and salt in the oil in a frying pan until onions are translucent
2. add the beef, lemon juice, honey, and soy sauce
3. stir fry for 2 minutes on high heat
4. reduce heat to medium, cover lid, and cook for 10 minutes
5. add the peppers, cabbage, carrot, and cucumber, cover lid and cook for 3 minutes
6. stir in the black pepper

Good served with Brown Rice Pasta
