Ingredients:
1 tbsp olive oil
1/2 head cauliflower chopped
1/2 Savvoy Cabbage chopped
Cherry Tomatoes diced
2 tsp dried Italian seasoning
1 Jalapeno chopped
2 tsp salt
Directions:
1. add all ingredients to a pan and fry on medium heat for ~5 minutes
2. cover lid, reduce heat to medium low, and wait 3 minutes
add 1/4 cup water if necessary before covering lid
