Roasted Brussel Sprouts and Carrots with Rosemary Dill Butter

Ingredients:
1 tbsp butter
1 tsp chopped rosemary (fresh)
1/2 tsp dried dill
1 lb brussel sprouts quartered
15 baby carrots chopped
1/4 cup water


Directions:
1. fry the rosemary and dill in the butter for 2 minutes under medium high heat in a cooking pan
2. add the sprouts, carrots, and water and bring to a boil
3. cover lid, reduce heat to medium low, and simmer for 10 minutes or until water is gone
