Scalloped Potatoes

 ¹ How lovely is your dwelling place,
   O LORD Almighty!
² My soul yearns, even faints,
   for the courts of the LORD;
my heart and my flesh cry out
   for the living God.

 ³ Even the sparrow has found a home,
   and the swallow a nest for herself,
   where she may have her young—
a place near your altar,
   O LORD Almighty, my King and my God.

Ps 84

Ingredients:
3 cups thinly sliced small potatoes (white)
1 cup mozzarella cheese


White Sauce
1.5 cups milk
2 tbsp whole wheat flour
1 tsp salt
1 onion diced


Directions:
1. mix flour in a few tbsps of milk in a small cup to dissolve flour; add to the rest of the milk, salt , and onions and bring to a boil so that white sauce thickens

2. layer sliced potatoes, cheese, and white sauce in a baking pan

3. cover with foil and bake for ~1.5 hrs at 350 degrees F
