Flaxseed Fudge

Ingredients:
1/2 stick butter (2 oz)
12 oz. evaporated milk (1 can)
1/3 cup evaporated cane juice (or sweetener equivalent)
1 tbsp vanilla
1/2 cup cocoa powder
1/2 cup flaxseed ground

Directions:
1. add all ingredients except flaxseed to a cooking pan and bring to a boil
2. reduce heat to medium low and bring to a soft boil stage (thick, ~10 minutes)
3. stir in flaxseed
4. pour onto foil lined cake pan and place in refrigerator to cool
5. cut into bars
