Whole Wheat Flatbread (Passover Bread, Communion Bread, rotis, wraps)

51 I am the living bread that came down from heaven. If anyone eats of this bread, he will live forever. This bread is my flesh, which I will give for the life of the world.” John 6

Ingredients:
2 cups whole wheat flour
2/3 cup water
2 tbsp olive oil
1/4 tsp salt

Directions:
1. mix ingredients with a spoon and knead for a few minutes with hand in a mixing bowl
2. cover bowl and wait 15 minutes (this is for the gluten complex to form that allows for a rollable dough)
3. form dough into small round balls (about 2/3" diameter), flatten with palm onto clean counter surface

4. use a wooden rolling pin to roll out dough into circles (~6")
-- roll twice remove from surface and turn; repeat until full circle is formed
-- if dough is too sticky, knead a few more spoons of flour into the dough
-- if dough is too hard, dip fingers in water and re-knead
-- dust flour onto surface of dough rounds to enable easier release from surface

5. fry for ~15 seconds on each side alternating on medium heat for a total of 2 turns per side (or until cooked to your preference i.e. soft vs. crispy)

6. wrap in foil
