Mango Maple Oat Cookies

⁷ Cleanse me with hyssop, and I will be clean;
   wash me, and I will be whiter than snow.

Ingredients:
2 eggs whites beaten until frothy
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 cup maple syrup
1 small mango cut and mashed
1 cup whole wheat flour
1 cup quick oats

Directions:
1. mix all ingredients together with a large spoon in a mixing bowl
2. roll into 1 inch balls and place on an olive oil-sprayed foil-lined baking tray
3. bake for 10-12 minutes at 350 degrees F
