Hazlenut Rhubarb Cheesecake






16 Your vine is cut down, it is burned with fire;

Ingredients:


Crust
2 oz butter (1/2 stick)
1/4 cup honey
1/2 tsp salt
1.5 cups whole wheat flour


Rhubarb Layer
2 cups chopped rhubarb
1/2 cup honey

Cheesecake Layer
4 oz Neufchatel cheese (1/2 package)
1/2 cup honey
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla

1/4 cup chopped hazlenuts

Directions: 
1. mix crust ingredients and press down onto pie tray



2. cook the rhubarb and honey on the stovetop until sauce consistency is achieved
3. blend together the cheesecake layer ingredients
4. pour the rhubarb layer onto the crust


5. pour the cheesecake batter over the rhubarb layer
6. sprinkle nuts on top


7. bake for ~ 1 hr at 350 degrees F
