Ingredients:
1 tbsp olive oil
1 medium onion (diced)
1 tsp minced garlic
1 tsp minced ginger
2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp turmeric
8 oz. ground turkey (or any other meat)
1 large potato (microwaved for 3-4 minutes and diced)
1/4 cup green peas
3 small hot chilles (sliced)
Directions:
1. brown the meat in a pan
2. in a different pan fry the onion, garlic, ginger, salt, and turmeric in the oil
3. add the meat and peas to the onion mixture
4. stir fry for a few minutes
5. cover and let simmer under low heat for about 5 minutes
6. add potato and chilles
7. stir-fry for another minute
