Honey Soybean Yogurt





Ingredients:
1.5 cups raw soybeans (soaked overnight in 4.5 cups of water and boiled in a pressure cooker)
1 cup honey
1/4 tsp salt
12 Calcium Supplements (powdered, 300mg each if being used as a dairy substitute, optional)
1 tbsp plain yogurt (for culture)

Directions:
1. puree the freshly boiled soybeans in a blender or food processor; cool down to slightly above room temperature
2. stir in the honey, calcium, salt, and yogurt
3. pour into a container with lid and cover the lid
4. leave at room temperature for 6-8 hrs (overnight)

* if you add the calcium tablets with the soybeans when boiling, they will dissolve and you need not powder them.
