Jalapeno Whole Grain Bread (for bread machine)

Ingredients:
1 cup milk
1/4 cup olive oil
2 tbsp honey
1 tbsp salt
4 Jalapenos diced (or as many as you would like)
2.5 cups whole wheat flour
1/4 cup raw rye kernels, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, etc.
1 tbsp yeast

Directions:
1. add ingredients in order listed to bread machine
2. bake on the whole grain cycle

Good served with Italian Tomato Pumpkin Soup and Cheese
