Avocado Cake Bread

¹¹ Since, then, we know what it is to fear the Lord, we try to persuade men. Ingredients:


2 eggs
1 cup honey

mashed flesh from 1 medium avocado

3 tbsp butter softened

1 tsp vanilla

1/2 tsp salt

2 tsp baking soda

2 cups whole wheat flour

Directions:

1. mix the eggs, honey, avocado, butter, and vanilla

2. stir in the rest of the ingredients

3. pour onto an olive oil-sprayed foil-lined tray

4. bake for ~ 35 minutes at 350 degrees F
