Giant Chocolate Chip Banana Cookie (Bars)

²¹ I did not send these prophets,
   yet they have run with their message;
I did not speak to them,
   yet they have prophesied.

Ingredients:
1 egg
1 ripe banana mashed
1/2 cup honey
2 oz butter (1/2 stick)
1 tsp vanilla
2 cups whole wheat flour
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda


Chocolate Chips:
4 oz Neufchatel Cheese (1/2 package softened)
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup cocoa powder


Directions:
1. mix egg, banana, butter, honey, and vanilla
2. stir in flour, salt, and baking soda
3. spread onto olive oil-sprayed foil-lined tray into large circle

4. mix chocolate chip ingredients and pour into a ziplock bag with a corner cut off
5. make dots or stripes of chocolate chips on top of cookie dough

6. bake for ~ 30 minutes at 350 degrees F
