1 egg
4 oz butter (1 stick)
1 cup honey
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp baking soda
3 cups whole wheat flour
1/2 cup oats
1/2 cup diced fresh strawberries
1/4 cup chopped nuts
Chocolate Topping
2 oz unsweetened chocolate melted in microwave
1/4 cup honey
Directions:
1. mix egg, honey, butter, and vanilla
2. stir in the rest of the ingredients
3. pour large scoops onto olive-oil sprayed foil-lined tray
4. bake for ~30-40 minutes at 350 degrees F
5. mix topping ingredients and drizzle onto cooled scones
