Creamy Chicken Pasta

 ⁹ If the ministry that condemns men is glorious, how much more glorious is the ministry that brings righteousness! ¹⁰For what was glorious has no glory now in comparison with the surpassing glory. ¹¹ And if what was fading away came with glory, how much greater is the glory of that which lasts! 2 Cor 3


Ingredients:


1 tbsp olive oil
1 onion diced
1 tbsp salt
1/2 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 cup half and half
3 cups milk
1 cup mozzarella cheese

2 cups cooked chicken cut into small pieces
1 tsp black pepper
16 oz raw pasta cooked in 4 quarts of water (drained)


Directions:


1. fry the onion and salt in the oil for ~ 5 minutes under medium-high heat
2. add the flour and continue cooking while stirring for 3 minutes
3. add the half & half and milk while stirring continuously
4. combine with pepper, cheese, chicken, and pasta and bring to a simmer
