Chilli Eggplant Garlic Rolls

 ⁸ Let no debt remain outstanding, except the continuing debt to love one another, for he who loves his fellowman has fulfilled the law. ⁹ The commandments, “Do not commit adultery,” “Do not murder,” “Do not steal,” “Do not covet,” and whatever other commandment there may be, are summed up in this one rule: “Love your neighbor as yourself.” ¹⁰ Love does no harm to its neighbor. Ingredients:
3/4 cup milk
2 tbsp honey
1/4 cup olive oil
1 tbsp yeast
2 tsp salt
~3 cups whole wheat flour (add more if necessary to achieve a soft rollable dough)
1/4 cup Trader Joe's Red Pepper Spread with Eggplant and Garlic (or any other spread, savory or sweet)

Directions:
1. mix the milk, honey, oil, yeast, and salt
2. knead in the flour and continue kneading for ~10 minutes
3. let dough rest for 1 hr
4. roll dough out into a large rectangle and spread the Pepper spread over the entire surface 
5. roll up like a scroll

6. bake for ~ 45 minutes at 350 degrees F
